Events & Operations Coordinator
Beyond Monumental is seeking an Events & Operations Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting Beyond Monumental’s events, logistics, and community programs. Community, Programs & Event Operations Internship
Beyond Monumental is seeking a dedicated college student searching for a summer internship in community engagement and event operations as it relates to sport, events, tourism, and not-for-profit management.
We’re looking for an intern to assist with the continued development and growth of our community outreach efforts, volunteer recruitment and event operations. This position will help to improve race operations and the volunteer experience before, during, and after our events. The intern will assist with volunteer recruitment, on-course entertainment recruitment and scheduling as well as warehouse management and other responsibilities as assigned. Interns may have the opportunity to assist with marketing and participant relations as needed.

Participant Relations & Marketing Internship
Beyond Monumental is seeking a dedicated college student searching for a unique Fall Semester internship in participant relations and marketing as it relates to sport, events, tourism, and not-for-profit management.
We’re looking for an intern to assist with the continued development and growth of the Apex Benefits Monumental Kids 5K, Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben, the Monumental Health and Fitness Expo, and the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon. This position will help to improve the overall participant experience before, during, and after our events. The Participant Relations & Marketing Intern will assist with participant registration, communications, and other responsibilities as assigned.
