Monumental Youth Initiatives

$1,600,000+
Donated to charities supporting public education

Along with educating Indianapolis youth about the benefits of healthy living, and combating community deterioration, Beyond Monumental is passionate about helping fund charities whose missions are consistent with that of our organization.

Beyond Monumental, Inc., has donated more than $1.6 million to Indianapolis Public School Charities including, but not limited to, the Indianapolis Public Schools Education Foundation, Teachers’ Treasures, Lawrence Township School Foundation, Pike Township Educational Foundation, the Simon Youth Foundation, Mind Trust and College Summit. Of course it would not be possible without the help of our participants, sponsors and volunteers.

Beneficiaries

The IPS Education Foundation’s mission is to help the Indianapolis Public School District build the best public, urban education system in the nation.

WE BELIEVE in supporting Indianapolis Public Schools.

We believe IPS students deserve the best available educational opportunities. We connect classrooms with community resources to create quality, innovative learning spaces that empower students to reach for the stars. When we create better opportunities for students, we build a stronger foundation for our community’s future.

For a Better Indianapolis

We believe that a vibrant Indianapolis needs a strong IPS. We connect our city with this ideal by working to ensure its next generation of residents will be prepared to achieve great things. When we create classroom environments that empower students to achieve today, our entire community benefits tomorrow.

Beneficiaries

The mission of the Lawrence Township School Foundation (LTSF) is to ignite the Power of Community, connecting community and classrooms to provide the resources needed for all children to excel.

The Foundation raises funds and engages donors with the goal of empowering all Lawrence Township students to tap into their unlimited potential. With the combined effect of increasing student need in the classroom and decreasing public funding for education, educational foundations like ours are critical to ensure achievement of all children. We are actively reaching out to the community to gain the financial support needed to fund critical programs now and for the future.

The Foundation partners closely with the MSD of Lawrence Township to identify needs in all 21 schools. The programs funded impact students from grades Pre-K through grade 12 and focus on 4 major initiatives: Year 13 Prep, Hands-On Learning, Healthy Body Healthy Mind, and Today and Tomorrow.

We believe that mind and body are closely related and impact everything we do, which is why our Healthy Body Healthy Mind initiative provides all students with a healthy lifelong approach.

By supporting opportunities like those provided by Beyond Monumental and the Kids Monumental Movement, our children’s capabilities to learn and grow as individuals are heightened.

Beneficiaries

The Washington Township Schools Foundation (WTSF) works to connect private funding, community, and alumni with Washington Township Schools to support and enhance the unique educational experiences of our students. Powered by the generosity of our donors, we fund grants and high-impact programs that enrich our curriculum, support professional development, and provide staff with the additional resources needed to fund activities that would not otherwise be available, ensuring a quality public education for the children of Washington Township.

Since 1985, our Foundation has helped Washington Township Schools advance student achievement by meeting the changing needs of our children. In 1996, the North Central High School Alumni Association was founded to support our vast alumni network. In 2015, we joined forces and came together as The Advancement Center. And today, still united, we return to the name Washington Township Schools Foundation, now with an expanded mission to represent the students, alumni, and community of Washington Township.
