INDIANA SPORTS CORP AND BEYOND MONUMENTAL PARTNER TO HOST 2023 USATF MASTERS 1 MILE CHAMPIONSHIPS

INDIANAPOLIS – Indiana Sports Corp and Beyond Monumental have partnered to host the 2023 USATF Masters 1 Mile Championships on the 24th of June in conjunction with Beyond Monumental’s inaugural Indianapolis 5K and 10th running of the Indianapolis Monumental Mile.The 1-Mile course will start in downtown Indy, streak past some of the city’s iconic monuments and landmarks, and finish at the Soldiers & Sailors Monument on Monument Circle. The course is flat, fast and record eligible. The overall event records are 4:04 for men and 4:33 for women. Masters division records are 4:25 and 5:27, respectively. Masters men will kick off the USATF waves at 10:30 a.m. ET, followed by the Masters women at 10:40 a.m. ET.Championship awards and cash prizes will be presented to the top overall male and female finishers as well as in each 5-year age division. Awards and cash prizes will also go to the top teams and athletes with the highest age grade scores.
